TEMECULA VALLEY WOMAN’S CLUB FUNDRAISERS COMING

The Temecula Valley Woman’s Club is gearing up for their fall fundraising events. Pearls & Ponies Gala, a glitter-glam 1920’s style Garden Party and Polo Match will be held Saturday, October 26, at Galway Downs from 11:30 am to 4:00 pm.  Fellas and Flappers, costumes encouraged, will be treated to gourmet delectables, champagne, a no host bar (of prohibited libations) live entertainment and silent and live auctions.

Tickets are $100 per person. Reservations are limited and may be made online, www.tvwc.com

The Gala kicks off the club’s 29th annual Holiday Home Tour, set for November 16-17 from 10 am - 4 pm. Estate homes, nestled in the rolling hills of Temecula wine country, will be decked out for the holidays, courtesy of local interior designers, featuring festive decorating ideas and holiday décor available for purchase. The tour includes a stop at Danza del Sol, a 35-acre sprawling estate winery with lush gardens and numerous water features.  Visit the Bistro for a delightful lunch, bakery and gourmet corner stocked with homemade treats and specialty soup packages and a marketplace of handcrafted treasures. Pre-sale tickets for the tour are $30. They will be available soon and may be purchased online at www.tvwc.com or from any TVWC member. Tickets will be $35 at the door. For more information call 951-302-1370.

Proceeds from both events benefit Women Against Child Trafficking, college scholarships to local high school students and educational projects for local nonprofits. TVWC is a nonprofit organization, founded in 1980. TVWC has donated over 2 million dollars and over 1 million volunteer hours of service to the Temecula Valley communities.
